Amaravati, February 14, 2026: The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) has officially set the stage for the Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) March 2026. In a significant move to ensure discipline, officials have confirmed the strict implementation of the “One-Minute Rule,” leaving no room for latecomers.
As of February 13, 2026, the board has officially released the theory exam hall tickets for both first and second-year students.
AP Inter 2026: Final Theory Exam Schedule
The 2026 theory exams will be held in a single forenoon shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The Strict “One-Minute Rule”: What You Need to Know
The BIEAP has issued a final warning to all candidates regarding punctuality. The “One-Minute Rule” states that no student will be allowed into the exam hall if they arrive after 9:00 AM, even by a single minute.
Official Advice for Punctuality:
-
Reporting Time: Students are urged to reach the center by 8:15 AM.
-
Gate Closure: Gates will be locked precisely at 9:00 AM.
-
Buffer Time: Factoring in traffic and security checks, arriving 45 minutes early is highly recommended.
